First One Down!

I have done this trail the most out of any of the hikes I’ve completed in the Spring Mountain/Mt. Charleston region as I find it to be the right parts challenging as well as fun. Ascending to the first ridge point was cake work, until we were hit with the gusts. Low 40’s and 20mph gusts smacking us in the face. Those false peaks always seem to fool me but it’s a heck of a calf workout.
