Flatiron – Hike #5

The hottest day of spring happened upon the day of our Flatiron hike.  Yikes!!  This hike was tough!!  Flatiron was by far the most difficult hike of the 6 Peak Challenge.  We referred to it as “bouldering” instead of hiking.  🙂  That being said, it was a challenge and we completed the challenge!  The wildflowers were in full bloom.  There was such beautiful terrain variation throughout the hike.  And of course, the views at the peak….wow!
