Flatiron, my one and only time to do this.

My friend and I hiked Flatiron via Siphon Draw Trail. This trail is not kidding around. By far the most challenging hike, rather climb, I have ever done. I appreciate now that I have done it. I am proud I didn’t quit, but it wasn’t without doubt and some level of anxiety. 99.99% of the people we encountered were cheerleaders to everyone and encouraged them to not give up. So that and having a buddy was a motivator. Needless to say, I cannot see myself climbing this again. More power to Flatiron Jim who climbs this three times a week and lapped me. I see why people get airlifted out.
