For purple mountain majesties

VERY busy up the incline but absolutely no one on the remaining trail up to RM peak. Made the hike serene but also felt a little anxious of wild critters since I was alone. Didn’t see any. Most of path is an old ranch road but last little bit is less easily marked through the rocks and forest, making navigation more challenging. Beautiful views of Pikes Peak, especially on the way back. Ran down Barr Trail which was fun but also crowded from all the incline hikers. Awesome day overall. Glad to know there actually is a Rocky Mountain peak.
