Freemont Saddle

7am start to beat the crowds and have the views to myself and the trail was beautiful. This was my first time hiking it and you’d never guess that behind the Superstition Mountains there’s basically an oasis. Trail was easier than I was expecting and I think I’m going to have to take a full day and hike the loop in the near future and catch all the angles of Weavers Needle. Bugs started buzzing around as the sun rose but were nowhere to be seen when I started. 10/10.
