Beautiful area. Parking full by 10:30am on a Saturday. Allow extra time for the 6+ mile drive on dirt road. Peralta Trail was a steady, not crazy, ascent. Small “boulders” litter the trail so your ankles will get a good workout. You’ll pass some of the destruction from this summer’s fire. Since this isn’t the only trail to summit from … lots of options for exploring the Superstitions.
