Trail is accessed by a lengthy but good dirt road and had a nice parking area with restrooms.
Nice hike up a canyon with dense vegetation. There was a few places towards the top where te trail was not visible but was pretty easy to follow by watching other hikers. At the saddle I could see Weavers needle, a peak that I saw the day before but from a different vantage point.
