   Where do you recommend parking with the lot closure? Permit still necessary? Did it add to the length of the hike considerably? Lastly, any trespassing warnings with the closure? Thank you.

      When you leave 101 and go over the bridge to your right is a lots of parking.Maybe 1/10th of a mile to walk to the TH.what’s closed is only the parking lot.

            I used AllTrails,but I did the whole loop,better and longer view to the ocean.If you think doing the loop recommendation counter clockwise.
