Glad I Waited for Today

I was originally planning on doing this hike a few weeks ago, but the predictions of rain, thunderstorms, and snow had me cancelling last minute at 3:30 in the morning lol. So glad we made that call. This trail would have been not so fun in the rain.

Fast forward to yesterday… The sun was out. The trail was clear and dry. Beautiful day all around. No bugs. Only passed a handful of people. If you do this hike, don’t miss the secret bench lookout point maybe a little under a mile from the summit. Amazing views that are better than from the peak.
