Gloves Loaded

Got to the trailhead at the break of dawn, 3 cars beat us to the trailhead, not bad.

The beginning has a quick elevation gain.  Once we hit the saddle the fun began and the gloves came out.

Used the steel ropes to help with balance to go up and down to navigate to the peak.

Once on top the 360 views were phenomenal. Crazy to see the ranger station down below, helps put the elevation gain in perspective.

After many photos we headed down the bottom. There were lots of people comin up to enjoy the climb. At some of the steel cables we had to wait our turn the navigate the way down. One person at a time!

Going down was much easier. Celebrated with a nice breakfast at Crackers in Tempe.
