Gorgeous day at San Jacinto Peak

Beautiful well maintained trail all the way to the peak. We saw a few deer and squirrels along the way. Weather was perfect sunny and warm and no bugs! The peak weather report was a little off because I came with gloves and several layers and a jacket that I didn’t need because it was too hot. When I got closer to the peak it was even hotter full sun and only a mild breeze but thankful for that no bugs. This was my first time hiking to San Jacinto Peak and yes that altitude slows you down a bit but you have great views along the way to stop and enjoy!
