Gorgeous Granite Mountain

A VERY chilly start, about 45 degrees, but warmed up quickly once the sun rose over the horizon.  This is a really nice hike ~ good climbing but gradual and not too technical.  A few overgrown spots but navigable.  Love the vista on this one, as it feels like a little paradise up there.  Weather was gorgeous, with a breeze blowing through the pines.  Very peaceful, a great place to sit and chill for a bit before descending.   The bugs were plenty, but no stinging or biting, more just annoying swarming.   This one should be a permanent option in the challenge!!
