Great day for a hike to the peak of Mt. Tam! We hiked counterclockwise, which made for a safer downhill. The hike up was challenging and exhilarating. The views from the peak were crystal clear, was Mt. Diablo, Angel Island, and way beyond. Not too buggy. Great restrooms at the trailhead and peak, and stopping at the West Point Inn was a nice bonus!
