Gorgonio Overnight

My first backpacking trip!  We hiked the South Fork trail to Dry Lake and camped for the night.  The next morning we went to the summit, came back to our base camp packed it up, and then back to the trailhead.  My Strava was acting up, but I believe the hike in total was about 24 miles with each section approximately 6 miles.  There are several trees across the trail that you can go under or over.  One section had some snow, but it was easy to cross or go around.  We had the summit to ourselves if you don’t count the chipmunks.  In the two days, we saw about 7 other people.  Overall, a great experience.
