930-10am start time. Parked on highway and walked through picnic areas to trail head starting point, All uphill on the way up, all downhill on the way down. 1/2 in shade, 1/2 exposed to sun. Paths are pretty narrow so be courteous to oncoming hikers and dogs. Thigh burner to the summit, great views, returning to the shade and stream for the homestretch was nice. 2.5-3.0 hrs total doable with an aggressive descent.
