What a great trail. It’s a gradual ascent for the first 2+ miles then a moderate climb to the saddle. Another mile through a surprise alpine meadow then the climb to the top. A large granite rock at the end of the trail made for a perfect picnic table with phenomenal views of the Prescott valley.
