Had a mission to reach a peak

Started at  8am. Had to park a mile away, which was a surprise that there were so many people. Steep climb with rocks and uneven ground and appreciated the flat spots. Overcast and cool breeze. Last bit to the top was very rocky and had a lot of people. Waiting to take a pic at the top reminded me of photos of summit-ing Everest.
Way down was rough on my crappy knees, so took a bit longer but completed it 2 1/2 hours.
