Hap, happ, happy hazard peak for me

Just love visiting this area. Here with my guy, while he fishes for 3 days in a row… Mama goes roaming the land.

I was in Montana De Oro State park in April to complete the 3 peaks of Valencia, Oats and the beast that is Alan Peak. It was actually cooler today than it was in April. I was very surprised. But a bit of fog, cool breezes, a neck fan and my wide brim hat kept me happy as a clam today.

Was a tough hike for me today, this is the most miles I’ve hiked in quite a bit… Since May really, but felt good to get my body working… Challenging section here or there but overall a wonderful hike. Great addition (alternate) to the pack.. Thanks Jeff.
