Hazy, Windy Day Atop South Sister

Super windy day from Moraine Lake on up. Made this hike more difficult than last time we did it. Lots of dirt and sand blowing in our face & eyes. Winds were so strong at the top it was scary. It kept grabbing our hiking poles on the way down. Views were not great with the smoke/haze but we could see Broken Top & the other 2 Sisters well. It’s a good accomplishment on any day so feels good to have summitted.
