Heat palpitations after Covid was not fun to deal with on this hike. Instead of catching my breath I was catching my heartbeat on this hike. I took it slow & steady and it took over 8 hours to complete but I felt so much stronger after this hike and it totally helped in my recovery of Covid pneumonia!
