Heating up on the way to a Fire Lookout (O’Leary)

I wanted to catch this hike before the impending heatwave! Started at 8:30 am, and it was toasty at the top 3 hours later! Pockets of shade available along the road under tall ponderosas. Beardtongue, gilia, and mullein along the road towards the top in bloom or close to bloom. Hot hike towards the bottom ending in 83 degrees.
