We left our campsite and started the trail in the late afternoon. Started off as a dirt trail, but most of the hike ended up on a fire road.

We were treated to beautiful views of San Jacinto, Mt. Baldy and Santiago Peak as the sun was setting. The remaining 8 or so miles of the hike we did in the dark.
