Intermittent snow - not hard to cross
Started off cold. First 2 miles are steep and rocky. Climbed to fire road. Once I hit fire road it was much smoother and not as steep. Started seeing snow patches about 4200 ft. About 3 miles out some icy conditions in patches. Lucky I brought my spikes for the last mile. Road iced over till get to the gate at the top. Made it to the tower in exactly 3.5 hrs. Made it down in 2.5 for 6 hour round trip.
