The hike was awesome! I hiked with my husband and two adult daughters. The weather was hot. We hiked mid day and it was about 90 degrees. Lots of water and rest breaks along the way up! The first half of the hike is shaded and through trees, the second half was in the open with no shade.
The view from the top was amazing! I was surprised and impressed with the nice viewing platform at the top! It names and gives information about all the mountains that you can see- I think there were 9 or so!
