You’ll need perseverance for this one, but it’s definitely worth it! The trail is – thanks to trail volunteers – very well maintained and does not feel too steep on your way up. For the way back down however, I highly recommend trekking poles. The views are wonderful and we were happy to see nature recovering after the 2020 El Dorado Fire.
