Hiker’s Playground

This is my personal favorite hike of the six-pack of peaks challenge. Picacho Peak is definitely a hiker’s playground. It is challenging, technical and incredibly rewarding. The views are spectacular at every angle you look. This hike is a full body workout and I always leave this mountain feeling humbled and accomplished.

I would say that if you have a fear of heights, you may struggle with this peak. I honestly can’t get enough of this one.

We went with a group of avid hikers to complete this challenge and even met some fellow six-pack of peaks challengers on the peak. What a great day!
