September 15th We started out hike for Six Pack of Peaks: New England on the Hunt Trail/Appalachian Trail North up to Mount Katahdin Summit. The Trail had some challenging points where one would need to use not only strength from the lower body but upper body as well. The weather below summit had been overcast but upon reaching the summit we were in the clouds.
The hike was challenging, had some views that were amazing and it was worth every step. Definitely recommend this hike to others but hopefully others won’t get stuck in the clouds!
