Historic Black Butte Trail 4026

Excellent day for a hike. Left Eugene at 9:30am. Arrived and began hiking by 11:45, 60 degrees at the base. 2 hrs 20 min to the top, 5 miles, sunny clear skies and 62 degrees at the top. Great views for miles, all mountains visible. 2 hrs down. 4.5 hrs total. Great hike. Trail in excellent condition. A few people at the top but most seemed to start from the halfway parking lot. Before/after that lot, I didn’t encounter anyone.
