Amazing weather! Great team! Gorgeous wildflowers! But lordy loo, this hike is long and hard. Also, there is an unmarked Y in the trail on the way back after Marker 17, and we took the wrong fork and added mileage that you don’t really want to add on a hike like this. Bear right (uphill) at that turn, even though it’s counter-intuitive!
