Had not heard of Lookout Peak before this challenge. Not sure what to expect, but this hike did not disappoint, and peak is appropriately named – who knew you could see Salt Lake, Summit, Morgan, Davis, Utah, Tooele Counties from one spot! Was not completely surprised with seeing a moose, but horny toads?! This was a first, and so unexpected and fun!
