Hiked with a group

Jan. 17, 2026. Green scenery throughout the hike. Mostly blue skies. Sun was out. Cool breeze. I always look forward to going thru the forest-y section as it evokes peace & quiet ambience plus the fresh scent of the pine trees is just lovely. A good part of the trail was being bulldozed & cleaned which was great but made us work harder as the soil/gravel were loose. Still a great hike.
