Icy cold Mt. Umunhum!

This was an icy cold day. We found streams full of water but the trail also had streams that were frozen solid creating a slippery condition. It was amazing to see leaves and foliage encapsulated in ice. Very very beautiful. I had done this trail exactly a year ago and compared pictures to notice that there was less moss and greenery now than in early 2022. That might be because of the ice cold conditions and as the weather warms up, the forest may bloom again.
