If you like the Stair Master you will love this Hike

This hike is always psychologically challenging for me.  Lots of stairs but great for getting the heart pumping.  Only one mile up, one down with multiple switchbacks that allow you to catch your breath.  Once at the top, there’s a sensational panoramic view of Phoenix.  Recommend this trail for a weekday hike to avoid crowds.
