Journey to the Cube (with Friends and Sandwiches)

It was a great morning hike up Mount Umunhum with awesome people! It got a little hot at the end of the hike, but it wasn’t as nearly hot outside as the spicy tofu banh mi I had following the hike. Fortunately, I found that a Vietnamese iced coffee (or two) was the perfect cure for both types of heat I suffered that day. Despite the pain, I remember it being a good day I spent on the trails with friends.
