Kendrick’s the kicker

We started out nice and late around 1100 and the altitude kicked my butt. Temperature was near perfect for fall stroll with hints of foliage teasing us along the route. Thankfully we kept a steady pace remembering the crumbles cookies in the car- encouraging us to be mindful and hurry back. 3:40 moving time with a snack session at the lookout. There were yogis at the top demonstrating their practice with moves and made us feel welcome to namaste.
