Long hike at Cuyamaca Peak

I am climbing to Cuyamaka peak from Green Valley campground, with total distance > 14 mi and elevation gain > 2000 ft. The total distance and elevation gain sound intimating but the trial itself is not. The slope is rather gentle most of the time (just tough in the last 0.5 mile near the peak), comparing to other peaks like Iron Mountain, Mt. Woodson in San Diego. Enjoy very much entire time as there are not many people on the trail. The view near the top is amazing!
