Look out on Lookout Peak!

The weather was gorgeous- we started out around 7:30 AM and only saw one person and their dog at the saddle the whole hike!????Very remote out there! Had a grouse charge us but other than a few lizards or bees the wildflowers were just amazing! Being a flat lander, I thought we would never reach the summit which seemed to have several false peaks and was pretty steep in spots, overall the views hiking along the ridge were beautiful! Glad to have hiked it but would not hike again since so remote and no other hikers for safety.
