Lookout Love

Beautiful hike in the heart of the Ochocos! Only saw 2 other hikers. Beautiful hike through the forest to a Ridgeline with panoramic views of the cascades. It was clear and we could even see Mt. Adams. There is also a snow shelter up there for winter trips. We will definitely add Lookout Mt to our favorites list, and there are a lot of dry camping spots on the drive up (though I do not know official rules, just saw a few places that looked like they were recently camped at).
