Hiked with a group

Started with sun shining at 9’ish the first Sunday in 2024! It was a beautiful day throughout the hike. The first portion of the trail was muddy, but I probably wouldn’t mind it if it were not for my healing fractured fourth digit toe. I managed well by taking extra precautions on sure footing. Running down was a bit challenging due to some muddy areas…again only because I was healing my toe!! Other than this, it was a rewarding and fun way to start the new year!
