Mount Rose
I’ve never hiked in deep snow or above 8K feet. Today was that day. Every mile seemed to take forever😆 even with snow equipment. Had more than a few falls and slides 😎 Used altitude prep with pills, patches and ginger chews. It worked.
The views, including Lake Tahoe were amazing. It’s impossible to describe what a great hike this was.
