10.4 mile (2,262 ft elev) Hike to Mission Peak from Sunol Regional Wilderness. Probably our favorite so far. Fall colors and a 360° view at the top were our rewards!

This trail is a few miles longer than the trail on the Fremont side. But it’s much less steep and less exposed. Overall a much prettier and less crowded experience.
