Mission Peak Summit #25 for the year! Kicked off the hike at 6:30AM, but weekend energy was already in full swing. The parking lot was packed, so I had to park about half a mile away on Antelope Drive. Still worth the warm-up walk.

The trail was busy but totally manageable, and the weather was perfect for a milestone climb. Clear skies, golden hills, and a solid breeze up top, the kind that makes you feel like the mountain’s giving you a high five for showing up.

Hiked with a friend this time and couldn’t have asked for better company to hit #25 with. The legs are holding strong and the trail is starting to feel familiar.
