Mission Peak with Saint Bernard

My dog Bernard and I had a great trek up Mission Peak! We did a loop – up the main trail on the left, which was nice and wide, several benches on the way up to stop and drink our water. After enjoying a clif bar on the summit, we hiked down the south side on the smaller, single track way down. Steep at parts, but nice to cross a little stream to cool our paws, as the way up is very sun exposed. I think we will do this one again soon!
