Mission (Peak)possible

2nd peak done! I went on a Thursday afternoon and the area was quite busy.  I was not able to find parking in the main Stanford lot after waiting while eating my lunch, so I parked on Vineyard street with no issues.

What’s labeled as the first half of this hike in all-trails is up a wide boring exposed road with very heavy traffic.  There were a lot of folks with dogs and boomboxes playing music. Mask wearing was ~50%. The second half of the loop is on a more trail-like trail and was much less trafficked. I regretted not just doing an out and back using that trail.

Great weather for a day in January, and great views at the summit and the whole way up!
