Monte del Diablo

We reached Michelle canyon gate at 8am  because on website it mentioned the gate opens at 8am but actually opens at 7am. I would suggest to call park ranger before heading to trail for the update information and don’t rely on information on website. The trails were in good condition though it rained previous night. The weather gets warmer later in a day and encourage to carry sufficient water. The view from summit was breathtaking and all over we had a pleasant hiking experience.
