Mount Baden Powell

My third summit and the most challenging so far. Just getting there was a little difficult. Parts of CA-2 were closed so I had to go around taking the 405 to the 14. I eventually got there but later than when I wanted to start. But Baden Powell may just be my favorite so far. It was a beautiful day. Weather was gorgeous. Trail conditions were great. No snow on the trails. I managed to wonder off the trail by accident a couple of times, so pay attention. I didn’t have any problems with the mosquitoes that a lot of folks were complaining about 1-2 weeks before. There were many on the PCT which was cool to talk to them about their adventures.  Coming down was fast. I really enjoyed jogging down. But there is a lot of loose dirt so be careful.
