We started hiking around 6:30 am. The weather was beautiful, if a little warm. Pretty busy compared to the last time Mollie and I did this hike.

I skipped breakfast and Mollie was definitely sleep deprived, so the hike was mentally challenging for sure. Physically, we were fine. But we really had to work to keep our spirits up. I had a few snacks at the summit, and Mollie took a nap at the north side of the peak, and everything was great after that.

We descended via Baldy Bowl, which is just as beautiful as I remember.
