Mount Charleston Hike

Started my hike at Charleston South Loop at 5:00 am with the group today. It was still nice and cool.  Since it’s my first time and just went with the group who is doing south to North- Trail Canyon TH, but to do the complete the super loop after North-Trail Canyon, I went back to South Loop, it took me almost 18.64 miles total time 8:45:34, not counting the rest at the top. I was planning on running downhill but being my first time and not knowing the trail, I follow some friends around, after three miles I start slowly running downhill. It was fun. This is not an easy trail because of the distance and elevation. Elevation going up really slows me down a lot but I just enjoy the view.
