When people say the road to get there is rough… they mean ROUGH.

Loved this hike. Started around 6am on a Saturday morning and had the lookout tower to myself for a short period of time. Coming down there were tons of people and the parking lot was full when I got back to my car around 9:30.

Bring bug spray, sun screen, and your patience for the drive in
