Mount Pinos

My last hike for 12. I was scared. I never hiked alone but I went for it. Took the day off and drove out. Parked and as I going to start my hike ran into several women with kids and strollers and dogs. They confirmed to stay to my left follow the large road. A mile in a ran into a couple that said they came from the lookout in the left of Pinos peak. I continued a as I approached the division two trucks were headed down. I got to the peak too pics walked over to the lookout and OMG glad I did. Two areas one with benches and another with a table. So cool. I hurried back down as the winds began to get a little stronger.  Beautiful hike.
